Brighton Block

36,000SF Office & retail mixed use

The Brighton Block at 9666 Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta has recently been acquired by Primavera Development Group and Sparrow Capital.  The Brighton Block is a 3 storey Edwardian era brick mixed use building initially notable because of its association with the photographer Ernest Brown who constructed the original building. Over the years the interior of the structure had unfortunately fallen into a state of disrepair— Primavera Development Group, since acquiring it, has assembled a team that for the past two years has been working hard to restore the building to its original state of prominence as a vibrant mixed use retail and office development.

The Brighton Block’s project team includes:

Architecture and Interior Design: Hodgson Schilf Evans Architects
Structural and Building Envelope: Read Jones Christoffersen
Mechanical: MCW Hemisphere
Electrical: ECCOM Consulting
Construction: PCL Construction Management
